As CEO, Ricardo sets and drives Parser’s organisational vision and operational strategies, translating them into actionable goals for performance and growth. Ricardo brings 20 years of experience in digital product and service development to the team. Before Parser, Ricardo spent 13 years as the European Director of Globant, an international leader in the developing software products.
Hernan Griboff
Chief Growth Officer
As Chief Growth Officer, Hernán is responsible for Parser’s evolution and expansion. His role includes liaising with clients, directing new engagements, discovering talented personnel, and fostering a thriving work environment. Hernán brings 15 years of Software Development experience to the team. He has spent his career working in the technology consultancy sector
Martin Miceli
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Martin leads Parser’s engineering group focusing on the delivery of technology and software. Martin brings over 20 years of experience in the software development industry to the team. Before Parser, he was the Engineering Director at McAfee and Intel, leading the Cybersecurity and Internet of Things product teams.
Diego Garaycochea
Chief Operational Officer
Diego is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, leading key initiatives, and implementing long-term strategies. He brings 10 years of experience as a strategy consultant to financial services in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Latin America to the team. Before joining Parser, Diego worked at Credicorp, where he developed their open innovation capabilities.
Laura Esteve
VP of Delivery - Europe
As VP of Delivery, Laura is responsible for driving the relationship with clients, providing high quality outcomes and ensuring there’s added value to the clients business. This role includes driving best software delivery practices and enabling growth through new technology services offering.
Juan Pablo Bruno
VP of Delivery - America
Juan Pablo leads Parser’s engineering relationships with our Latin American and US based companies focusing on the delivery of technology & value added software engineering practices, bringing over 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Prior to Parser, he was Delivery Manager at Incluit, focusing on delivering solutions in automotive and embedded software related products.
Ezequiel Moralejo
Senior Client Partner - America
As Senior Client Partner of America, Ezequiel is responsible for client experience and growth across the Americas. This role includes structuring, managing and supporting the Sales department whilst conducting business operations in Chile. Ezequiel brings over 10 years of experience on operational and strategic consulting projects, working for clients such as AB InBev, BHP Billiton, and Banco de Chile.
Luciano Griboff
Senior Client Partner - Europe
As a Client Partner for Europe, Luciano is responsible for driving growth and client experience in the region. He led Strategic Partnerships for TikTok in EMEA. Prior to this, he was a Director of Global BD at ironSource, where he partnered with some of the largest mobile game publishers in the space to shape their user acquisition and monetisation strategies.
Gabriela Puyo
Finance Director
As Finance Director, Gabriela is responsible for Parser’s accounting and financial operations. This role includes setting internal controls, coordinating financial activities, and producing reports to manage risk and growth. Before joining Parser, Gabriela worked in both corporate accounting and as an external auditor.
Dave Wickham
Director of IT & Security
As Director of IT & Security, Dave leads Parser’s technology team, focusing on delivering a world class experience to both internal team members and clients alike. Dave brings over 20 years of experience supporting global organisations to the team. Before joining Parser, Dave setup and ran the IT function at Redwood Bank, the UK’s first Bank created in the Cloud.
Florencia Paez
Head of Marketing & Comms
Responsible for building and strengthening the Parser community, including managing the employee lifecycle & looking after a great employee experience, as well as building the company branding. Florencia brings over 15 years of experience in HR to the team. Before joining Parser, Florencia worked in the technology industry in a variety of different “People” roles.

People & Talent Acquisition Director
As Director of People and Talent Acquisition Soledad is responsible for designing and driving consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices to meet the ever growing and dynamic business needs and support a strong candidate experience. Soledad brings 20 years of experience working in multinational companies in local, regional and global roles mainly in the Tech and Consultancy services industries.
Romina Pasucci
Capacity Planning & Staffing Director
Romina is responsible for placing our team members in the best position, for them, for our clients, and for Parser. Romina brings over 10 years of experience in multinational companies, spanning Human Resources, Finance and Sales areas. Before Parser, she performed different roles at Accenture, working extensively with geographically dispersed teams from the information technology and services industry.
Dayana Klinger
Head of Legal - LATAM, Spain & Portugal
As Head of Legal in LATAM & EU, Dayana is responsible for coordinating and running the structure of Parser as it expands across the continent; supervising the activity of the company, internally and externally, to make sure processes are compliant under labour, commercial & corporate law. She brings over 10 years of experience in Law to the team.
Amy Mckernan
Head of Legal Department - US & UK
As Head of the Legal Department, Amy provides legal advice on a wide range of matters such as contracting and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Parser, Amy worked as Legal Counsel at REPL, a retail technology consultancy which was recently acquired by the Accenture group. Amy has also lived in France, the Netherlands and the US, and brings her international experience to Parser.
Lucas Frenck
Head of Business Operations
Lucas is responsible for leading complex and cross-functional initiatives, as well as implementing and optimising new systems and processes that span across all areas of the organisation. He is focused on using data-driven approaches to potentialise growth. He worked as Head of Product of all digital automation services in Apex America, combining an engineering background with critical business strategy analysis skills.
